Our newest space includes a fully insulated warehouse facility that offers 20x40 warehouse bays serviced by a walk door and 12x14 roll-up door.

• Each bay has electricity provided as part of the lease which includes (2) 20-amp outlets
• Leases include one parking space directly in front of the unit for storage of a company vehicle or for staff parking
• Additional parking for vehicles up to 45 to 50 feet is also available for additional cost (Both covered and uncovered)
